Vinebox: Core user journey
Vinebox offers users the option to try different wines from around the world in a smaller glass quantity instead of purchasing the full bottle. Before I joined the team, the box was only offered quarterly in a subscription format. One of the projects I championed after joining the team was to redesign the subscription user journey to be more seamless and also added functionality to allow users to purchase boxes as a one-time purchase, generating a larger customer base and more revenue.

A collection page was introduced as we added the option to purchase one-time boxes The quarterly subscription box was redesigned for improved usability and a more seamless user experience by reducing the number of screens the user goes through to sign up.

A one-time purchase product page was introduced.
